1 EDITED LONG-FORM VIDEO/AUDIO
Wide-screen video or an audio-based video (audiogram), plus a thumbnail design and description done-for-you. A separate audio file is also provided for use in a podcast or on your website
2 short-form videos or audiograms
We’ll pull out bite-sized snippets of up 60 seconds that highlight key points, and are specially formatted for social media
4 social media captions
These will be based on your quotes or lines within your recording that are perfect for social media posts
2 social media graphics
We’ll create branded images for social media to go with selected captions
1 email update/newsletter
A marketing email, written to deliver value to your audience and promote your content
1 blog post
This will be written based on your recording and includes one featured image graphic
The above package is referred to as a “round” of content (i.e. a set amount of content delivered from 1 source recording).

How it works
1. Each month you provide us with a 20-30-minute video or audio recording covering a core topic for your niche.
2. We edit your recording into a stand-alone video. If it started as audio-only, we create an audiogram (a video with a full screen graphic and audio).
3. We use your edited recording as the basis for creating the other content as stated above in the “What you get” section.
4. We package up the all completed files and provided them to you, ready for you to upload online.
5. You schedule or publish your the content to your website, social media and any anywhere else you wish, and watch your reach grow!
*If you need us to assistance with publishing/scheduling we can help with this too, saving you even more time!
TURNAROUND: Turn around time is within 3-4 weeks from the start of the month.

Your investment amount depends on your needs but here’s an idea of monthly pricing as a starting-point:
1 Round: from $350 p.m.
2 Rounds: from $500 p.m.
4 Rounds: from $1000 p.m.

Questions you may have
What’s the turnaround time?
You’ll need to provide your recording on the 1st Monday of the month and we’ll provide your content pack by the last Friday of the month. This gives us a 3-4 week window to work within.
What if I need more content that your package provides?
We’ll work with you to establish your ongoing needs and create a custom package for you.
I don't have a podcast, can you help me?
Yes, I can give your direct consulting on how you can set up a podcast in a straightforward way.
We can also do the same to help you with a YouTube channel.
I don’t want to record a video or audio, can I provide something written instead?
Sorry, this service requires video or audio to enable us to create the videos or audiograms that we offer. Recordings can be done very quickly as you won’t need to go through the editing and other post-production.
Can I use my existing video or podcast do do the repurposing?
This will take a different approach so we can look at your existing content to see how best to repurpose them.
I don’t know what topics to record, what can I do?
We recommend that you have a plan for your content ahead of time so that you know what core topics to address. You’ll need to research your niche and see what questions your audience is asking, and what they want to learn or hear about.
If you need help with this we can provide you with further guidance.
Will you help me with the recording process?
We’ll provide you with tips and information on how to get good quality recordings without a complicated setup. We recommend that you start with a mobile phone and a simple external mic.
We’ll also be able to provide you with 1-1 guidance and support to help you get started.
Will the posts you write sound like my brand?
The great thing about this is that all content will be completely based on what you’ve said in your recording so they will already be in your brand voice.
We just customise things to make them relevant to the platform.
Is this a long-term contract?
There is no long term commitment and you can cancel the monthly retainer at any time.
However, we do recommend that new clients are able to commit to at least 3 months to allow for enough time to see positive movement forward with their content.
