What's a strategy session?
Before a project can be properly executed some amount of brainstorming and planning is necessary to figure out the best options to help you achieve your website goals.
We do at least 1 strategy session with you to work through these details and use this a basis to guide our decisions around the project needs.
Will I be able to manage and update my website on my own?
Absolutely! We believe in empowering you to have control over your own website and be able to easily make changes to your content and other basic elements. And, the best part is that you don’t need to be a highly technical person – if you can use a smartphone, you’ll be fine.
Once your website is complete, we’ll provide you with the training you need to run your website.
This will cover editing existing content, adding pages and posts and anything else you need to do on your website.
What are integrations or plugins?
These are additional software or extra add-ons that give a website a particular feature or function.
On the WordPress platform, there are hundreds of options available for various needs. For example advanced forms, shopping cart systems, image galleries and payment gateway sytems.
I need a certain number of pages done for me, is this possible?
Our base package includes setup of your main page (home) based on your chosen template. You can then add unlimited pages on your own (we’ll show you how).
We can, however, create your additional subpages at an additional cost per page.
Subpages include standard informational pages such as about, contact, services, etc.
What's a theme template?
A theme is what determines the look and feel of your website.
We utilise pre-made templates that we create or source from a premium marketplace that suits the design style of your project. This way we can offer your flexibility with pricing and workflow as we can customise an existing design with your images, text and colours to make it yours.
Can I have a fully custom page design?
If you prefer not to use one of our pre-made templates, we can do custom page design layouts. See the package with this option.
