Are they the best tools ever? I’m not sure.
But, what I do know is that they do a great job for me and they will likely do the same for you as well.
Just to let you know, I may be an affiliate for some of these, but you can be confident that I would not add them to the list if I didn’t think they were good.

Glorify
Easily create amazing images and graphics for social media, websites, or digital products. This is web-based so it can be used on any computer.
Screenflow
Screenflow is a screen recorder software and video editor for the Mac. I use it to do tutorials and to do simpler video production work.
StoryXpress
This is a cloud-based video platform that’s similar to Loom. It allows you to record your screen and do marketing videos with analytics data, call-to-action features, and more.
Podcast.co
An easy-to-use podcast hosting platform that makes publishing your podcast to all the major channels a breeze.

Productivity
Google Drive/Apps
I use this for a lot of things, presentations, storage, spreadsheet data processing, and word processing.
pCloud
A really great cloud storage platform that provides lots storage and features at a reasonable price and also has a free plan.
Nimbus Note
My main note-taking app. I use this for documenting my business processes and keep track of everything that I’m doing. You can share password-protected notes, organise by folders or tags, and there are lots more features.
CloudApp
This is a browser-based app that can be used for screenshots, screen recordings, and more. Because it is cloud-based, you can access your files from anywhere and share a link with anyone.

I use this to create all my websites at the moment. It makes it super easy to design any kind of page with its amazing drag and drop page builder for WordPress.
