Q. Will you make changes to my website for me?
In some cases, I will log into your WordPress website or supported application to look at an issue or check your settings.
If you wish for me to make changes, I prefer it to be a development site or a staging site (a copy of your real site). This way, your live operations don't get disrupted.
If I must make changes on a live site, you must take full responsibility for any disruption or issues that may occur during the process.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
If I see that you've requested something that is outside of my expertise or something that I cannot offer, I'll promptly refund you.
Unless otherwise stated, If a session has already started then refunds are discretionary.
My priority is to help you solve problems and ensure you are happy with the outcome, so I will go out of my way to deliver before considering a refund.
