What happens after I book?
Once you place an order you'll receive an email with information on how to send your questions/requests.
Once you send the information, I'll start working on your session.
How does the time get used?
The coverage time mentioned is the maximum time that will be spent dealing with your request, including reviewing the information and recording the response.
This also includes any tasks such as behind-the-scenes analysis, document review, or other related activities carried out on your behalf
What if I need more time?
If your questions or requests needs more time than you've booked, I'll let you know so that you can upgrade before I get started - I won't just give you a partial response.
You can also book more sessions as needed and we'll continue from where we left off as session notes will be saved.
Is there a guarantee?
Because I don’t have complete control over your operations, I cannot guarantee specific results. However, I have years of extensive experience in website strategy and digital marketing, and actively manage client projects.
Your success means a lot to me and I will do my best to ensure that you are satisfied with our time together.
How do I give you access to my website?
You can add me as a user to your WordPress website or use a temporary access plugin to generate an access link. Instructions will be provided after booking.
How do I send you a screen recording?
You can use an app like Loom to record your entire screen or a window and share the link to the recording.
How can I talk with you live?
You may purchase a Live Session where we can talk via video conferencing using Google Meet or a similar app.

Will you make changes to my website for me?
No. Not usually.
In some cases, I will log into your WordPress website to look at an issue or check your settings. I will then send you a recording explaining what to do.
In rare cases I may offer to make small changes. If you wish for me to do so, I prefer it to be a development site or a staging site (a copy of your real site). This way your live operations don't get disrupted.
If I must make changes on a live site, you must take full responsibility for any disruption or issues that may occur during the process.
Do you offer refunds?
If I see that you have requested something that is outside of my expertise or something that I cannot offer, I'll promptly refund you.
If a session has already started then refunds are at my discretion.
My priority is to help you solve problems and ensure you are happy with the outcome, so I will go out of my way to deliver before considering a refund.
My site is down or broken, can you fix it?
I only offer troubleshooting of minor issues that are related to a specific plugin or theme that I cover.
Major issues would require a separate service where I would have a developer diagnose and fix any issues. In such cases, you can request a quote.
Note that this would likely take several days and therefore not suitable for emergencies.
