Most visitors will back out of a website within seconds if it just feels off. You want to keep people on your site if you have any chance of them becoming a lead so I want you to take a real good look at your website and think about how it comes across to your ideal clients.
Make sure you disregard your personal feelings as design is subjective. Assess it objectively, as if this is not your website, and put yourself in the minds of your target client so that you can visualize what they expect to see and happen in order to help get closer to solving their problem.
If you have anything that can get in the way of your visitors converting to leads and customers, you need to look at removing them and making things more seamless.
